Technical Services– About
Technical Services is located on the first floor of Roberts – LaForge Library. It is composed of two parts, Acquisitions and Cataloging. Acquisitions is the department that orders, receives and pays for materials requested by the faculty for the Library and IRC.
Cataloging is the department that processes the materials purchased through Acquisitions or donated to the Library. Cataloging processed approximately 5724 books and materials for the Library and IRC during the last fiscal year.
In the Library’s online catalog, you will find all the books and serial titles housed in the Roberts – LaForge Library and part of the collection from IRC.
